Right in the center of Aurillac, the restaurant of the Hotel des Carmes is a new way of entertaining. 2 rooms and 2 large shaded terraces. It is also a counter where cocktails and wines meet, and a refined brasserie.

Open 7 days a week. Possibility of hosting groups, banquets, private hire/rental of the restaurant room on Saturday and Sunday.
Some dishes: Crispy egg (comté cream), duck breast and truffade, Vacherin des Carmes.
