Perce-Neige gîte is close to the Aurillac basin, the Cère Valley, Lioran and Châtaigneraie.

It has an independent entrance, through the garage, and free access to the garden with garden furniture, hammocks and plancha. It includes: a kitchen and a bathroom renovated at the end of 2022, a large bedroom, living room and laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge – freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and small appliances); bathroom with large shower cubicle and vanity sink and toilet. Bedroom with 140 bed, BZ convertible into a bed and TV. Bed sheets and towels included. Roller shutters, double glazing and wood-fired (pellet) central heating. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs). Prices on request for monthly rental. Tourist tax not included in the prices indicated.
