A comfortable and newly refurbished independent holiday appartment located on the garden level of the owners' property.

The living room is light and airy with a south-facing patio door and settee, reclining chair, TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, spare single bed, cot and high chair. The new fitted kitchen opens out onto the living room and has everything you need (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer) as well as access onto the covered terrace. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a cupboard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. Private car park. During your stay, you can make full use of the deckchairs, plancha and barbecue outside. You also have direct access to the public park for children. Shops and services are just 300 metres away. Come and discover the beautiful historic sites and villages in Cantal and its surroundings. Visitor’s tax is not included in the rates. Monthly rental is possible to be agreed with the owner.
