Description
Hosted in the kitchen of one of Vic sur Cère's historic landmarks, you'll discuss the preparation of a balanced, healthy, gourmet menu using the finest local produce, and enjoy it at table in a convivial atmosphere with your hosts.
Would you like to spend an original, convivial moment discovering a historic and gourmet heritage, brought to life by a nutrition enthusiast? Sign up for Karine's culinary workshops at the Maison du Chevalier des Huttes!
After getting acquainted with your hosts and fellow participants over a snack, you'll be taken on board to prepare the meal. You'll discuss recipes, the best local produce (and producers!), all with plenty of explanations and advice on nutrition and kitchen organization. You'll then enjoy your meal at the table d'hôtes, in the friendly, intimate atmosphere of this exceptional historic site, which can also accommodate you during the summer months.
ATTENTION: the workshops and the Maison are not suitable for children under 10 or people with reduced mobility. The house is non-smoking. Wine on request (15 EUR supplement per person). Please show the expected respect for conduct and hygiene during your visit. If you have any food aversions/restrictions/allergies, please let us know when you register so that we can adapt the meal to your needs.
