Mr. Roux will explain the livestock area, followed by a visit to the milking parlor to watch the milking and feeding of the herds. Return to the production room for an explanation of the cheese-making process by Béatrice (using the informational display panels). Tasting and sales.
In collaboration with the tourist office, tours are scheduled every Thursday, during school breaks, and in the summer. Tours depart at 3:30 p.m. from the tourist office. Reservations are required.
Another option: From April 15 to November 15, tours are also offered as part of the Auvergne Cheese Trail on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:45 p.m. (meet at the farm; no reservation required).
