Anaîs and Sylvain will show you around their farm. Find out about milking and how Cantal cheese is made. Tasting of cheese and raw milk. Antique equipment on display to help you understand how the cheese is made. Reservations required.
After passing through the milking parlour, you'll be able to see the little calves (please note that during the Christmas vacations, you won't be able to watch them being milked, but you will be able to see the animals in stabu).
take a tour of the buildings. You'll then be taken to the upper floor of the building, where you can see the cowshed and the antique equipment on display. Here, Anaîs will explain the various stages of milk processing.
And of course, you won't leave without tasting cheese (and freshly drawn milk!).
